Helping Hand Coaching offers online emotional wellness services, including but not limited to Clinical Hypnotherapy, Meditation, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Coaching, and other related services. All services are delivered via Zoom and are tailored to promote emotional wellness through a holistic approach encompassing Body, Mind, and Soul.

3. Proprietary Rights:
All content, including videos, audios, written materials, and other resources provided by Helping Hand Coaching, are the property of Helping Hand Coaching. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Restrictions:
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the services or content provided by Helping Hand Coaching without express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Health Advice:
Helping Hand Coaching services are not a replacement for professional health advice. The services and content provided should not be construed as health advice and are not a substitute for the advice of a medical or health professional.
